All images, photos, drawings, data regarding weight, dimensions, colour, ... on the Webshop of Mademoiselle Marie are an approximation and are indicative. These cannot therefore give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. Colors on images may differ slightly from reality. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

 

All products are handmade, which takes some time. Melia Mania always tries to ensure the fastest possible delivery. After receipt of payment, the order will be processed as soon as possible. The delivery time depends on the number of orders in progress. Personalized and/handmade items are shipped after 4 weeks at the earliest. Ready-made material is shipped as soon as possible.
The stated delivery time is only an indication, therefore no rights can be derived from this by the Buyer.

In the unlikely event that articles or products have a longer delivery time for whatever reason, the Buyer will be notified by e-mail.

 

Deliveries take place at the address specified by the Buyer during the conclusion of the agreement. If a delivery returns to Melia Mania due to a delivery address entered incorrectly by the Buyer, Melia Mania cannot be held responsible for an additional shipping cost. Melia Mania send orders via BPost. If the order cannot be sent as a letter because of the weight or dimensions, the order will be sent as a package with BPost. Both modes of shipping are not insured. Melia Mania is therefore not liable for damage, loss and/or delay of the package. If the buyer wishes to have his shipment insured (up to a maximum of 500 euros), this must be stated when placing the order in the text field “remarks” when completing the order. Upon confirmation of the order, the buyer will be notified of the additional insurance cost.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have a limited quantity and can only be returned or exchanged according to our return policy. Every effort has been made to ensure that the colors and images of our products that appear in-store are as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer monitor will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.
